Setting to Delete Sent Items from Ticket System Mailbox
It would be nice to have a setting in the Web GUI for jitbit to be able to clear out the Sent Items area of the mailbox(es) it polls for tickets. Helpdesk is space conscious already with allowing us to "Mark as Read" or "Delete"
It would be nice to be able to set a Retention Period to retain Sent items for 1 week to 1 year, for any kind of unforeseen need for flexibility
