User Lookup Integration Improvements

When using the User Lookup integration, the only dynamic information that you can send to the end point is the user's email address. In most cases this would be enough to get general information on the user, however, i think this could be improved by adding in the same sorts of text templates used in email bodies (eg #IssueID#, #CF_123#, etc).

let's say your submitting user can support multiple divisions within a company (could be a custom field), and you would like to find related info to this particular ticket's division. this is not possible because you send the email address.

if we could supply more information to the User Lookup integration, we all would be able to perform more useful lookups. :)
