Prompt for Time Spent when closing ticket
Most of the time, when we close a ticket, the time spent is inaccurate. Either the tech leaves the screen open and the clock continues to run, or never opens the screen to let it run.
It would be nice if the tech could be prompted to either confirm the current time or adjust it when closing the ticket.
Here is a very crude mockup of what I would suggest:
The current accumulated time should pre-populate. The user would then adjust in increments using the buttons or type in a specific number.
This prompt would only appear for technicians, not regular users.
