I greet everyone

I currently use two different email addresses to manage incoming requests. For each of these email addresses, I have set up notification templates that need to be applied across multiple categories (approximately 20 per email). At the moment, I manually copy and paste these templates into each category, which is quite time-consuming.

I was wondering if there is a more efficient way to copy and apply these templates to all relevant categories in one step, rather than editing each category individually. Is there a feature available that would allow this kind of bulk action, or is it something that could potentially be implemented?
