ability for administrators to manually unsubscribe customers from KB articles

As an administrator, I want to unsubscribe a customer from a KB article. Today I cannot do that.

Business case: Some end users subscribe to all new articles in a KB category. This means that if I create a tech-only article, these end users get auto-subscribed to it. Those users don't get updates sent to them, because it's tech-only, but that's not obvious.

I want to unsubscribe end users from these KB articles.
