Is it possible to put even a letter before the ticket number. we have a few helpdesks and if they send one to the other it opens old tickets and causes confusion.

I second this request. I run into this issue often with the number of on-prem installs I have.

This is a definite problem for those of us that have multiple Jitbit instances.
