Customer Satisfaction Reporting
I'd like to see the ability to customize the customer feedback option. For example, I'd like to have Good / Bad options for our users. I think of ticket closing as the customer is either happy or sad, the middle "ok" option will skew results. Honestly, a simple thumbs up or thumbs down graphic / link could also work.
