I feel like this is quite a basic feature that has been overlooked. We have alot of Knowledge base articles and it will be nice to have a scroll-to-top floating button on the right-hand side of the screen.
I believe this has already been implemented. When you scroll down, there is a banner at the top of the screen. To the right within the banner there is a bouncing up arrow to jump to the top of the screen.

Yeah it is implemented within the individual ticket view section but not the ticket overview page or Knowledge base
