JitBit's currently-supported CSS for Email Templates is extremely limited, which causes user and technician-received emails to look extremely outdated. Even though many email clients don't support a full range of modern CSS options, it would be nice to have JitBit at least support the options that most email clients already do. On a lesser note, there's a character limit on the Email Templates that should be increased in conjunction with allowing more CSS functions.
