Drill-through or Drill Down on custom reports

There are times that I'm looking to get details. I was able to run a custom report that showed the number of tickets on a custom field. The custom field was yes/no or was blank if we hadn't yet made a selection. So, basically, it was showing me 98 yes and 1 blank. Trying to find an easy way to figure out on which ticket that the custom field was blank. Would be nice if I could have clicked on the number 1 in the report to show the details of the one ticket.

Or...Another way might be to be able to export all the ticket details to a CSV file that showed the ticket numbers and the values for that custom field.
