Dark Theme UI

Do a dark theme! All technical people love dark themes.

Or not? Let's see how the voting goes.

I didn't like the original color of the helpdesk... So I modifed ours .. not really into Dark

I would really like either a dark theme. It would also be nice if it was per login and didnt affect the overall site for other staff that uses the interface.
