Is there a possibility to create some customization on the options an end user has to give feedback when inside JitBit? Currently, when the #RatingLinks# mask is placed inside the Closed Ticket coding, they're presented with the following:
In a future update, can this be tweeked to be able to more than 3 options, and customize the wording of each option? Even to customize the verbiage of the mask for both SaaS and On-Prem customers?
We understand that we can use SurveyMonkey and set up automation as another option, but would love to be able to do this inside JitBit.
