Microsoft Copilot Integration Request

Hello,

Is there any plan to integrate MS Copilot into Jitbit? If not, please add this as a feature request to integrate Microsoft Copilot into Jitbit, similar to how ChatGPT is integrated. I am sure there can be more features than just simply creating text for tickets with Copilot being integrated.

What do you mean by Copilot exactly? MS has many different product named "copilot" so it can be confusing.

The chat-based web product named "copilot" as actually based on OpenAI's GPT models and uses them internally

Hello, I believe they mean Microsoft 365 Copilot.
I believe that they are looking for this integration as there are fair number of companies who have opted to utilized Microsoft 365 Copilot in lieu of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. as they already have an investment in the Microsoft 365 environment and there is a perceived element of data protection with its use.

Yes, Microsoft 365 Copilot. Our AI policy restricts us to only using this agent as it maintains our data within our tenant.
