Display language separated from holidays in reporting

We would like to have English as the display language, however use the holidays of another country (in our case Germany) for time-based reports.

Alternatively, we would like the option to add all holidays ourselves, without having pre-loaded ones.

You can add custom holidays under "Admin - General settings - Add custom holidays" to set custom holdays, and additionally also check "Disable built-in timezone holidays" on that same page
