remove ticket-submitter (ticket user) as subscriber

It would be nice we can use automation to remove the ticket-submitter (the From address) as a subscriber of a ticket that is being processed by an automation rule.

Our need for this is to move a ticket to an "internal" queue and remove the ticket user (not the technician who logged the ticket, could be a forwarded email) from getting updates from the ticket.
