Sometimes, the various replies can be very very long. With a ticket, that has many such long replies, its a little bit annoying to navigate to the previous replies, e.g. to check or search something. Scrolling is possible, that's true, but if the ticket is full of long replies, it can be difficult to find the beginning of a reply.
A simple solution could be, to add an additional button in the right upper corner of the ticket toolbar:
If this one is clicked, the page jumps to the beginning of the next reply in the list (aka the previous one). That would make navigation in large tickets much more easier and faster.
