Insert KB subject in new article mail notify subject

When a KB is created, technicians receive a mail notify with this subject:
Help Desk - New Knowledge-Base Article

The same when updating.

When creating or updating a lot of articles, would be useful to have the article subject in the mail subject, in order to quickly know the argument from inbox.

Maybe this could be customizable, and the subject could be truncated if too long.
