Always Show Recipients

Right now, there is a “Show Recipients” toggle/link, but it defaults to off. That means for every message, we have to manually turn it on just to see who the recipients are.

It would be much more useful if recipients were always visible by default, or if the toggle could be set to stay on.

Our tickets often include multiple subscribers, and we sometimes uncheck certain recipients when responding. Having the recipients visible by default would help ensure we’re sending messages to the correct people in real time, rather than discovering later that someone didn’t receive a message.

This added visibility would make it easier to confirm that tickets are going to the intended recipients—especially when many people are subscribed.
