Create 'Linked Tickets' from the 'More..' menu

Having the ability to create linked tickets from an existing ticket would be helpful. I know there is the ability to create a 'cloned' ticket, but I would use it to create blank tickets, possibly with different categories, that will be assigned to different technicians. Creating a master ticket, sub ticket relationship. Only closing the master ticket once all the sub tickets are closed.
