I understand stripping out CSS classes and IDs to improve security. But it would be nice if a wrapper was used when adding custom HTML to ticket bodies, etc. and assigning a known class like jbInsertedHtml. This would allow more scoped control over custom CSS. Using #itcketBody and #body help, but there is still a chance the something in the original message gets modified.
