Extend AI Custom Instructions (GPTCustomRules) to 3000 characters

Actually the Custom Instructions for AI feature is limited to 2000 charaters.

For complex companies and needs, it could be difficult to stay below this limit.

I'm proposing to extended that parameter max length to 3000 characters.
