Making "Tech" field in the filter a text box instead of dropdown

One thing that can be annoying when filtering through tickets is having to scroll through hundreds of technicians to find one(s) you are trying to filter for instead of being able to type in and get auto suggested the names similar to the "from" field in the ticket filter
