LDAP sync outside of Windows-Integrated Authentication

I would like to utilize SAML Authentication for our technicians while keeping user accounts synced via LDAP.  We use user attributes for automation rules and the majority of our users do not login so their accounts and attributes would not be synced at ticket creation.
