Do you plan to developp a Jitbit application for Microsoft Teams (like Zendesk does) ?

+1 on this! This would be a much welcomed feature. We just started using Teams and prefer it over Slack.

+1. We use both slack and MS Teams. Slack for devs and MS Teams for all staff.

We've just deployed the very first, basic implementation of MS Teams integration. Currently via Webhooks, cause getting approved into the catalog by MS is long term PITA - but there's nothing to be worried about, it works fine, just requires a couple more steps to add Jitbit Helpdesk into a channel.
