When mails are read from the email account the actions we have now are "mark as read" and "delete", will be nice to a move to a folder action. That way will be easy to find out if a email was no process by tickets system.

I agree. I spent the past few days looking at the 'recover deleted emails' to troubleshoot a problem.

Why "mark as read" is not enough? The helpdesk app pulls "unread" email only, so if an email is still unread - this means it still hasnt been picked up
