Put a button in the subject of the email that says "View Ticket"

In gmail and I believe some other email clients, there is the possibility to put a button in the subject of the email that says "View Ticket"

I saw that from mail received from other ticketing tools

Turns out you have to "approve" the sending address with Google for that, as per https://developers.google.com/gmail/markup/registering-with-google

And since every customer uses their own "from" address this is not an option really
