Email Template - #Recent_messages# - option to set/modify the number of recent messages.

At this moment the #Recent_messages# is set to 5 most recent entries from the ticket log (5 most recent replies).

It would be great additional feature if it would be possible to set the number of #Recent_messages# in Jitbit administration panel.
This additional feature/setting would provide much needed flexibility.
This could be a general setting.

And taking this additional feature idea to the next level would be the option to set the number of #Recent_messages# as PER-CATEGORY setting.
This way it would provide even more flexibility.

#Recent_messages# We would need to have more than 5 most recent replies.

It would be really great if the number of #Recent_messages# could be set as PER-CATEGORY setting.
Because for some of the Ticket categories the 5 most recent replies suits very well.
But for some of the Ticket categories we actually would need to have all the replies.
