Out of Office automation - missing (cant find) validation option in automation.

Hi Jitbit,

We have technician on vacation with their OOO profile set on. The tree icon on technician was useful for other team technician member to know who's available or not, but we also have automation rule in place that assign ticket based on certain parameters, this happens first before doing any manual assignment (only if needed). however we've noticed that "OOO technician" gets assigned tickets even with OOO turned on. it happened because of the automation rule. So, we tried to look for option that would validate if user OOO is turned on/off but cant find any. 

Requesting for..
1. Options for OOO status validation in automation rule would help if not yet implemented.
2. Options for technician to indicate date range for OOO before setting it off would be nice.
3. if exist where can we find it.

There's a new condition that checks if "Assigned tech is out of office", it's already there in the SaaS version, you will have to upgrade if you're on the self-hosted one.
