Category list editor | Ability to move sectors by drag and drop exactly as for the categories

Goal : manage the order of sectors.

At this time, sorting the sectors by using the arrows (up/down) take a very very long time (sometimes 50 clicks).

For me the best solution is a button "Sector management" present at the top of "Ticket categories and permissions" (next to "Tags"s button")
This button could open a window with only list of sectors and ability to move the sectors on this windows via drag and drop.
Because move a sector via drag & drop will also take a long time if I need to move severals page due to the numbers of categories -_-
