Allow full HTML in Knowledge Base articles

To my knowledge right now we're not able to implement full html in a knowledge base article, but being able to would really help with the format of articles. We have the "code view" button, however when trying to implement a button for example has removed that html tag.
  • For example, creating a simple step-by-step with collapsibles that contain more information, pictures, etc. W3schools link. We already have the capability to edit the CSS and add custom JavaScript to KBs, so all that's missing is custom html.
  • We could create tables for better formatting, eg. different permission sets / group memberships per department or team.
  • It would also create the ability to generate id links so one could link to a specific section with in a KB article (another W3schools link).

Perhaps there is a security concern I'm unaware of - or maybe there's a way to do this and I don't realize. Just let me know!

I totally agree that this would be an excellent feature and I sure hope JitBit considers implementing this. There's only so much that basic style formatting can do when making step by step instructions and having full HTML would provide much needed flexibility

This is *exactly* what we want! +1
With a few enhancements like this, the knowledge base could allow a really good experience for organising and displaying content. It's currently just a bit too basic.
