SITUATION :

At this time, TECH and ADMIN are allowed to view; add and remove some tags.

TAGS are destinated to :

- Filter by TAG

- Rules

- Search

PROBLEM :

If a TECH create or remove some tags, he can disturb the work of the admin.

NEED :

Option for reserve the TAG ADD/REMOVE to Admin ADMIN only

SUGGESTION :

On the page of tags management :

1. Add a column "ADD/REMOVE

by ADMIN only"

Next to each tag, add a button ON/OFF in the precited column

(Below a other idea but maybe manageable in same time)

2. Add column "VIEW by user"
