SITUATION :

At this time, it's possible to filter main tickets grid on tickets "handled by" via URL query

HandledBy mix differrents type of datas.

(1. Assigned to Primary TECH 2.Assigned to Secondary TECH 3. Subscribed by tech)

ADDED NEED :

Ability to restrict the filter on "Assigned to Primary TECH" only

SUGGESTION :

AssignedToPrimaryTechID=xxxxx
