Would love the option to pin ("sticky") a ticket to the top. Especially helpful for master tickets (with many sub-tickets) which have a long-running project timeline and might not necessarily be closed out quickly.
We need this function. We have tickets that are on hold or scheduled that need to stay visible until completed.

great idea! to build off Matt's use case, it could be useful to have an automation rule that clears pinned tickets after their due date/after closed (if that doesn't come to be a baked-in feature), or pin on a certain day, if a certain person replies, etc.!
