In the "When This Happens" menu for creating automation rules, would it be possible to add options allowing users to set the "Ticket has not been updated for ___ " to different time intervals? Currently there is a 30 minute interval:

We would like to be able to set up rules for additional/different intervals (60 minutes, 90 minutes, number of days).
