The ability to search by ticket number would be a helpful addition. We could use that to cross-reference tickets with our time sheets, saving some double entry.

You can already search by ticket number, Either enter the ticket number into the quick-search box at the top, OR on the search page click "advanced" and use the "Ticket number" field
