Jitbit KB : Management of Multiple Brands / Business Areas
Our KB is currently public and covers a specific business area. Articles are published in 4 sections, each of which have several categories.
We are thinking about expanding the use of our helpdesk to support other business areas. But I’m afraid that this will lead to a complex KB that is not easy to browse because there would be an expansion of sections not necessarily linked to one another.
I think that this could be addressed by adding a “higher level” landing page (homepage) that could look like this.
