Mandatory field setting per ticket category
I feel that the mandatory field setting would be much more useful if it could be applied to individual ticket categories rather than for all.
We have some custom fields which are necessary for a certain type of ticket and not for others, but the same information would still be useful if known on the other tickets.
DueDate is another field which would be great if mandatory, which has already mentioned in another idea however for me only if it was per ticket category.
