Access to Knowledge Base on mobile app

Hi there,

It would be incredibly useful for users and technicians to be able to access the knowledge base on their mobile devices.

Currently, our users are not interested in using the mobile app as they are happier to submit support requests via email.

Additionally, if they cannot access the knowledge base on their main device, they can use the mobile app to troubleshoot their issue.
