For TECH - Hide system entries by default on all tickets
SITUATION :
Systems entries are displayed by default on all tickets.
PROBLEM :
Systems entries impair the legibility of the tickets.
TECH use Jitbit in "operations mode" for handle tickets.
Main use is to see the replies and not the sys entries.
At each ticket opening, it's required to click on the eye for hide the System entries.
SUGGESTION :
Hide the system entries by default on all tickets.
Add a button with a specific icon "View systes entries" on top of all replies.
