Export tickets functionality (in xlsx or csv format) for technicians
It could be useful for technicians to be able to export tickets (in xlsx or csv format) from the tickets
list page or the report page. Currently that functionality is only available to admins (in the admin panel).
Technicians can be allowed to access "Summary" report (click "edit report permissions" at the bottom of the reporting page). And export report results to CSV.
Alternatively you they can just use "Search" to find ticket by date range and export the results
