Scheduled tickets report - Improvements

Please add the ability to filter/customize categories on the scheduled tickets page: helpdesk/Reporting/ScheduledTickets

It's really hard to manage if there are a lot of scheduled tickets

Also, is there is way to report on scheduled tickets for up to 12 months?

Right now it seems limited to tickets that have already occurred.
