Automation rules by minutes instead of hours
I was wondering if it's possible to have the automation rules time thresholds changed to be set by minutes, instead of hours. We are a 24x7 company with 12x5 (plus on-call) IT staff. For our on-call techs, I'd really like to set the time intervals to 30 mins for a warning and 60 minutes for escalation (or maybe even 15/30), but currently, I can only set these rules by hours.
