option to log a change summary when updating KB articles
Sometimes a KB article is updated, it's just to fix typos or formatting. Other times it's to rewrite a section or clarify something.
It would be helpful to have a way for technicians to note, either for other technicians or for customers, what the last few sets of changes were.
I envision this not as a full changelog that could grow forever, but may be a text field, optionally technician-only, where a technician could summarize their changes.
Workaround: Technician could simply add a changelog paragraph at the end of the KB article.
