Ability to use variable substitution in automations

It would be great if you had access to variables, like you can access email tags in templates (https://www.jitbit.com/docs/adminemail/).  This would allow simpler standard formatting of items like ticket subject to be like #TicketID# : #Company#  - #Subject#  as well as other benefits.
