New function with which Technicians can see only some subscribers, not all

It would be great if technicians only saw some users/subscribers (e.g. those under their responsibility).

If we hire
Technicians from an external company to managing some tickets of a specific category , we configured JitBit so they don't see tickets from other Categories. That's good.
They will see only Company (that is our Customers) involved in the Tickets and not others. Everything is ok, because... you don't always want to share customer names with external technicians, do you?

But when
they add "subscribers" in a Ticket, they see all userstheir email domains and so their Company (our customers).
It should be possible to avoid this!

The best possible would be that these technicians would only see:
- Users of their same Company (which probably means other technicians like them)
- Users of specific other companies (which means the Users of one or more Company they have to support)
I think that it's ok if they also see all the other Techincians.

Another way, not complete but may be easier to set up, would be that - when a Technician browses the users list to add subscribers - he could see "only those users that can see the Ticket Category that the logged Technician is managing".
Given that the Category can be changed (to see other users) or is still unassigned (for example in a new ticket) the logic instead could be to see "only those users that can see all the categories visibile that the current Technician can see" (may be not quick as SQL execution but it could be a way to think about).
