Requesting a method get DOCX and/or PDF documents, including both text and images, into the KB in a way that keeps the formatting including the images, but leaves text searchable (so not just a PDF attachment).

Currently copying/pasting one document at a time works for the text, but no images are received by the Jitbit edit window.

A bulk import of PDF or DOCX documents would be ideal from a usability perspective.
