Custom content block in a Categories New Ticket page
I'm using an on-prem server, this may have some other uses outside of just what I'm looking at, but I would like the ability to add a custom html block that only shows up for specific categories or subcategories.
In particular, I have one department category that is looking for specific information, and I'd like to put a link or text block on the page with directions on how to find that information.
I could also see where some places might want to put something like a banner on a specific category page if there's some specific issue happening that isn't causing issues everywhere and the site wide banner wouldn't be a good option.
The layout button on the category new ticket pages looks like it's the start of something like this, since it loads the page content into blocks that you can move around, the only thing that would need to be added is the ability to add new content blocks.
