I have an automation that checks to see if a new users name has been changed and then updates the ticket title to include the new name. We collect the First name and last name in separate fields, because we need to enter them separately in Entra.
When selecting the condition "A custom field has been edited in a ticket" we must select a field, and we can only select one field. It would be nice to be able to specify running the automation on a change in either field.
