It would be great if the automation platform had the CSAT ratings exposed so we can perform automatons around ratings. An example would be if a CSAT rating is received and the rating is 1, send an internal notification that a low rating was received so we can follow up with the end-user to see why.
The converse could be an automation as well, if a high rating is received, such as a 3, send an email with a link to the end-user to provide a rating on Google or other services.
