Email subject line truncates

Question:

I noticed the email subject sent from the helpdesk will be truncated if it is too long. Before this, I have no issue with this but this starts to happen after I patched to latest version. Please advise.



Answer:

That's correct; the length of the Subject line is restricted by the standards, not by us. The maximum allowed length is currently 80 characters.
